Welcome to Copper Lane Bed & Breakfast in the historic Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake

We are a smoke-free and eco friendly environment. Copper Lane is adult oriented. Children are welcomed if you or your group reserve all three rooms. For children under the age of 18, please call to discuss arrangements.

When making a reservation, please remember that we are making a commitment to you and you are making one to us.

A deposit of $50 Canadian per room night is required. Check in time is 3 to 5 p.m., or as arranged via 'phone or email.

Check out time is 11 a.m. daily.

Cancellations

If you cancel more than ten days prior to arrival, your deposit will be returned in full.

If you cancel with less than ten days' notice, and we are not able to rebook your room, your deposit will not be returned. Alternatively, based on availability, you may use your deposit for another date within the calendar year.

If you cancel with less than five days' notice, you will be charged half the room rate for each night booked if we are unable to rebook your room. Alternatively, based on availability, you may use your room charge for another date within the calendar year.

Cancellations are understandable, and we will make every attempt to rebook your room; however, our business depends on confirmed bookings to succeed.
